I have only been to 2 body shops my entire life 1 of them treated me like if I was the money bag and gave me a hard time after suggesting what I wanted done to my car even though I was the one paying for the service and that shops name was affordable auto body and paint. Iron Mountain took the time to help and keep me updated on everything that was going on, they even fought the insurance that was trying to place my truck as totaled. My car was badly damaged in a parking lot, by an incompetent driver with a big pickup truck. Iron Mountain Collision assisted in every phase of beginning the repair process, and especially in dealing with the insurance considerations.
