Kevin, Janese, and Holly made sure that our total loss insurance claim was handled well and quickly and efficiently. They protected us from an extra 4+ day wait for an inspection and made sure my insurance company came out timely. They had extremely efficient and thorough communication the entire time. I am so grateful my vehicle ended up in their hands. They know the insurance process so well and exactly how the insurance will handle your claim. Robert EmileI can't say enough positive about the staff and the quality of craftsmanship of Iron Mountain Collision. The repair and paint resulted in a like-new appearance. The color match was superb, which is tough to do for red paint due to the many shades and pigments.The staff kept us up-to-date on the status of our Jeep Rubicon. The repair was completed quickly. The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to please. We are quite happy we found a collision/body repair shop that we can count on to get 1st-rate results at a reasonable rate. Sedge SouthworthWe had our bumper repainted since it was peeling badly. Iron Mt also fixed one door with some cosmetic issues regarding the paint. It looks great and they were able to find a way to not repaint the whole door while still making the blend look great!Posted on Google
T Ing2024Like many, my 2023 Maverick was pummeled by hail. Kevin and his team kept me informed through all the stages of the repair. They did a awesome job. Let me tell you what really impressed me, they are the advocates for the customer when it comes insurance claims. As we all know that can be quite the challenge.
